系統(tǒng)描述：

TIP 450E 溫度監(jiān)測熱成像系統(tǒng)可提供實時的石膏板表面成像，顯示停留在干燥機上的每一塊石膏板的熱成像情況，提供石膏板質(zhì)量的綜合信息數(shù)據(jù)。

TIP 450E 溫度監(jiān)測熱成像系統(tǒng)還提供實時圖表和歷史趨勢圖表，幫助用戶準確地了解石膏板的干燥超時情況。

來自眾多專業(yè)石膏板生產(chǎn)企業(yè)使用TIP450E 系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗表明，通過使用TIP450E 熱平衡監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)提供的數(shù)據(jù)，可及時、迅速調(diào)整干燥工藝流程。經(jīng)過優(yōu)化、可以節(jié)約5%的燃料，并將流程速度提高了6%，并大大降低廢品率、幫助操作員**管理快速干燥工藝流程。

TIP450E 系統(tǒng)由四個主件構(gòu)成：

主控箱
MP50 紅外掃描熱成像系統(tǒng)
遠端輸入/輸出組件
固定的紅外單點測溫探頭

主控箱
包括軟件、個人計算機、觸摸屏監(jiān)視器、電源、數(shù)據(jù)采集電子儀器設(shè)備、現(xiàn)場線路終端等。主控箱建議位于干燥機操作員容易看見的地方，以方便操作人員調(diào)整干燥機的處理工藝。

MP50 紅外掃描測溫儀
安裝在小型保護箱體中，箱體下部開有掃描口，該箱體位于石膏板的傳送帶上方。

遠端輸入/輸出組件
此組件被用于干燥機的出版信號控制，小型DIN 插腳被安裝于橫桿吊閘的信號輸入/輸出箱內(nèi)。

固定的紅外單點測溫探頭
用來監(jiān)視干燥機出口干燥機石膏板的溫度。TIP450E 專用的操作軟件中通過該點溫探頭所測的溫度數(shù)據(jù)來補償周邊溫度變化。紅外單點測溫探頭被安裝在重型機伸縮臂的內(nèi)部。
